Set aside time to rest and rejuvenate yourself.

Welcome to the video series that's all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I'm Stephanie Mulac, and today we are talking about taking time to pause.

Now, what do I mean by this? You see, so often in life, life goes so quickly on a daily basis. There is so much involvement in so many things that are going on around us, that you don't often have a time to just take a time out.

And this is so critically important because if you don't do this, what happens is, is that you never really get an opportunity to rejuvenate and regroup and refuel yourself, whether it's internally or externally. You need to take this pause that I am suggesting on a daily basis, even if it is only for 5 to 10 minutes.

It could be the first 5 to 10 minutes that you wake up in the morning. It could be something that you just kind of sneak away right before dinner, or it could be right before you go to sleep in the evening that you just take 5 to 10 minutes for yourself.

And a lot of you I know are, "But I don't have anywhere to go. How am I supposed to take 5 or 10 minutes when the kids are screaming in the living room, and the music is playing, or the TV is blaring, or I've got all this noise outside that's going on around me, or I'm at work and there's all types of things going on?"

There's all type of little things that you can do. You can go and sit in your car for 5 or 10 minutes. You can take a walk. You can perhaps take the stairs instead of the elevator.

There's all types of places that you can go to find that little bit of silence and quiet, to take a pause, get some silence in your life, tune out the noise, and just rest and rejuvenate yourself so that you can then hit the ground running, keep going and be that powerful inspirational person I know you are.
