Don’t let fear rule and overshadow your life.
The tarot card of the day is the Nine of Swords.
Nine of Swords shows a woman sitting in her bed, holding her head in her hands and looking at the floor. She is disturbed and frightened. Nine swords are hanging on her wall, a carving depicting a man beaten down by another man can be found in her room, and various astrological symbols decorate her quilt.
These images show us of the same woman we met earlier in the eight of swords - and perhaps, she has finally been released but is still haunted by the nightmares of what she had gone through.
The Nine of Swords can represent a degree of worry and fear. You are making mountains out of molehills about your high fear and anxiety levels. It means stress, burden, negative thinking, and deep sadness. But, on the other hand, you can be making a big deal out of nothing.
If this occurs, you might wish to find a way to change the circumstances of what happened. But unfortunately, it can also signify isolation and feeling like everyone is talking behind your back. It can also represent nightmares and insomnia.
Share Your Pain
You may suffer from trauma, something you might not feel comfortable telling others about. It may also be connected to problems with mental health.
For example, if you've ever had a nightmare, then you know how terrifying it feels when you wake up and realize that it wasn't just a dream. Nightmares can lead to depression and insomnia.
In the past, you were unable to share your feelings because you felt ashamed or guilty about them. You can now discuss what occurred and why you believe it might occur again.
Perhaps someone else will understand your situation. You could also seek professional help if you need emotional support. Sharing your grief does help you let go of the burden of carrying this burden alone.
You may constantly feel anxious, with your body producing adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones cause us to focus on immediate threats, even though they may not exist. When stressed out, you tend to worry excessively about what could happen, even when it isn't realistic.
If you notice that you are getting anxious about something that doesn't seem natural or essential, try to calm down before worrying about it. You can also discuss your worries with someone.
Always Think Positively
You may feel overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions. Your mind keeps telling you that something is wrong, and you keep thinking about it. But when you try to reason, you realize there isn't anything wrong. All your thoughts are your own opinions, which aren't necessarily true.
All of your thoughts are causing anxiety. Don't try to stop them; focus on the positive ones. With a degree of positive thinking, you'll feel better, and you won't need to spend time dwelling on the bad stuff.
When you get a terrible feeling, try to think positively. Don't let yourself fall into a spiral of negativity. If you start thinking negatively, you might believe the worst possible thing could happen. So instead, focus on what you'd like to see. Imagine the best possible outcome and then make plans to achieve that goal.
The Nine of Swords shows you that you are focusing on the negative aspects of something when there is much more to consider than meets the eye.
There is always room for improvement, and if you stop worrying about the bad stuff, you will notice a lot more good stuff going on than you thought. So don't let your mind get caught up in the doom and gloom; focus on the positive things that are happening around you.
You are probably already aware of the power of positive thinking to a degree. However, you feel that thinking positively will not improve your situation. This is the time to put positive thinking to the test. If you cannot bear whatever you are going through alone, share it with someone you trust. They may be the solution to your problems.
