TODAY'S DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE ON FAITH

Sunday, 22 December 2024

You worry too much about having my approval when you already move in my light with your unwavering faith.

My child, who taught you that you were not good enough? I created you in my image with an exact idea of who you would be and what you would achieve in this lifetime from the very moment your soul was conceptualized. Any child of mine is more than worthy, more than whole, and more than loved unconditionally.

Societal standards have deviated away from my original plans, but there are some out there, like you, who continue to live in a way that honors me every day. You are completely devoted to upholding my values, and it never goes unnoticed. In fact, you are doing enough just by being yourself.

I Am So Proud Of You

The way that you conduct yourself in my glory is amazing. You have continued to pay attention to my lessons, taking them all in stride. Plus, you love those around you the way you would want to be loved. That is all I truly ask of my children, and you are a bright, shining example of what I want from all humans on the mortal plane.

Like Adam and Eve, my first children, I have put you through a series of tests over the course of your life. You have passed them all with flying colors, taking on each new challenge like it was nothing at all. It’s been wonderful to witness, and this is just the beginning.

You Are More Than Enough

You cannot define your own success by anyone else’s standards. No one is going to understand you better than yourself. Except for me, maybe! But beyond you and I, no one is going to see exactly what you see. There are people who understand you, but no one else’s faith is an exact match to your own.

Therefore, it is crucial to remember that your methods of upholding your faith are more than enough for me. As long as you are standing by your true values, sticking to your beliefs, and moving from a place of unconditional love— that’s all I ask!

Reflect on these words today

Solomon answered, “You have shown great kindness to your servant, my father David, because he was faithful to you and righteous and upright in heart.

— 1 Kings 3:6

And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.

— 1 Corinthians 10:13
