I am with you through every season of life, standing by your side even as uncertainty creeps in.

Are you at a point in your life where it seems nothing is working out for you anymore? You feel tired, anxious, and worried about the future. You wonder when things will start working out for you. Your plans don't seem to be coming together, they are all a jumbled mess and everyone around you can tell that things are not going well for you.

Dear Child, this is life at play. Life will not always go as planned. It is a famous trickster that sometimes favors you and sometimes goes against you.

When Expectations Are Not Met

Life does not just go off track; sometimes it moves in the exact opposite direction of what you have planned and prepared for. You might find yourself questioning why your needs are unmet or why your life seems to be diverging from your plans. But this is neither new nor strange. The scriptures provide numerous examples of My children whose expectations were not fulfilled. They faced not only disappointment but also unhappiness with the direction of their lives.

Take, for instance, My son Elijah. He was a mighty man filled with My fire and strength, yet there came a time when he felt overwhelmed by the weight of his calling. Despite performing great works for Me, a mere threat from his enemy made him flee for his life.

Have You Lost Your Trust?

Just like that moment in Elijah's life where he completely forgot about all the works I had done for him and all the mighty works I had done through him, you might also be in the same situation right now where you're full of doubts and distrust. You wonder why I have not sorted out your situation yet. You wonder why nothing significant has been happening in your life lately.

Well, child, I am here. I have always been here. I know and I see what you're going through. I see how much you're struggling and I see how tough life has been for you. I know it seems I'm not speaking but I hear you and I am always here.

Everything Will Work Out Soon

It might seem untrue or impossible but this is just a phase of your life and soon, everything will get better. You might not understand this now but all of these unpleasant situations are working together to give you a testimony. If you feel your trust in Me sipping away, why not take out time to remember all I have done in the past?

You can write down a list of the little and big things still working in your life. You can make a list of those big moments of your life when you knew without a doubt that I had been there for you. When you do this, you'll see your faith and trust restored. You should also speak to that situation in prayer and don't stop believing, a change will happen.

It might not happen as soon as you want it, but don't worry about its timing. I am the God that never comes late. Trust Me! Everything will get better.
